Compassionate animal advocates Sia and Shane Barbi, known as the Barbi Twins, are attempting to track down a sadist who mutilated and killed a little cat named Panda. They have stated their concerns are that this is another monster in the making, like Luka Magnotta, who achieved world infamy this week after the grisly discovery of a dismembered human body occurred in Montreal, Canada. A reward fund has been set up to try and track down this latest sadistic cat killer, before this person also takes that next step to torturing and murdering humans.
Little 11-month-old Panda was discovered at Lake of the Pines in Auburn, Calif. Her tiny body showed clear signs of torture prior to being killed. It is believed her death could be associated with another cat found in the same area with similar signs of torture back in November 2011. Sources indicate that the person responsible is alledgedly known by both the police authorities and the shelter where little Panda was adopted. Reports are that this is not the first time this person has tortured and killed cats and kittens.
